A form of hereditary sensory autonomic neuropathy (HSAN) with autosomal dominant inheritance. HSANs are a group of rare peripheral neuropathies where neurons and/or axons are affected. The major feature of these conditions is the loss of large myelinated and unmyelinated fibers.
