Autoimmune neurological syndromes (AINS) with autoantibodies against the 65kDa isoform of glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD65). It can present with three clinical syndromes that can partially overlap: limbic encephalitis with seizures or epilepsy, cerebellitis with ataxia, and stiff-person-syndrome. Anti-GAD65 autoantibodies also characterize autoimmune diabetes mellitus (type 1A). The disease is anti-GAD65 autoimmune neurological syndromes (EFO_0803379).
