An undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma arising from the skin. It is characterized by the presence of spindle cells in a storiform pattern and histiocytes with abundant cytoplasm. The disease is cutaneous undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (MONDO_0002141, a Monarch Disease Ontology entry).
