microcephaly-deafness-intellectual disability syndrome (Monarch Disease Ontology identifier MONDO_0007991) is characterized by microcephaly, deafness, intellectual deficit and facial dysmorphism (facial asymmetry, prominent glabella, low-set and cup-shaped ears, protruding lower lip, micrognathia).
