Aicardi syndrome is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder defined by the triad of agenesis of the corpus callosum (total or partial), typical chorioretinal lacunae and infantile spasms that affect almost exclusively females. The disease is Aicardi syndrome (MONDO_0010568).
