CTCF-related neurodevelopmental disorder (MONDO_0014213, a Monarch Disease Ontology term) is a rare, genetic, neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by global developmental delay, borderline to severe intellectual disability, feeding difficulties, behavioral anomalies, vision anomalies and mild facial dysmorphism.
