Acrodysplasia scoliosis is a rare, genetic dysostosis disorder characterized by brachydactyly and other finger/toe anomalies (short and/or wide metacarpals, abnormal or absent metatarsals, broad halluces), carpal synostosis, fused cervical vertebrae, scoliosis and spina bifida occulta.
