MONDO_0018901 (left ventricular noncompaction) (LVNC) is a rare cardiomyopathy characterized anatomically by prominent left ventricular trabeculae and deep intratrabecular recesses causing progressive systolic and diastolic dysfunction, conduction abnormalities, and occasionally thromboembolic events.
