Also acts as a regulatory component of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) complexes (PubMed:39603239, PubMed:39603240). Component of the PNUTS-PP1 protein phosphatase complex, a PP1 complex that regulates RNA polymerase II transcription pause-release (PubMed:39603239, PubMed:39603240).
